Negativity isn’t something to fear — it’s a mirror. Without it, we’d never see contrast. Without contrast, there’s no choice. And without choice, there’s no growth.

Think about it: every time you’ve been challenged, every time life tested you — wasn’t it the so-called “negative” that gave you the opportunity to rise? Darkness gives light its meaning. Struggle gives strength its purpose.
