My 30 day nutrition group starts tomorrow! It’s a private Facebook group that will help you to cut through all the noise from@the wellness industry and actually help you build healthy, sustainable habits including getting 30g of protein/ meal, 30g of fiber/ day and 30 minutes of activity daily. Other topics covered will include supplements, nutrition fact or fiction, meal planning and prep tips, recipes & products plus lots of motivation and support from me, a Registered Dietitian and other group members. Count down is on! The Spring 2025 Positivity Project Private FaceBook group officially starts on Tuesday, April 1. There are still a few available spots. So, if you (and a friend) would benefit from this group be sure to sign up ASAP! During the month of April we are going to focus on some key strategies for promoting health and wellness with a focus on getting 30g pf protein 3x/ day, 30 g fiber each day and 30 minutes of activity daily. As a Registered Dietitian, I will educate you on why these nutrition goals are so important and how they can be doable! Other topics I'll be addressing include nutrition myths, product finds, recipes, supplements (which are helpful vs a waste of $$$), goal setting, meal planning & prepping. Also, you will have the chance to win $30 gift card to a favorite local cafe (Jessy's Place). During this 30 days I, like many of you will be celebrating holidays & traveling for spring break. Together we will motivate each other to stay focused on our health goals while having fun & finding balance! Looking forward to great 30 days!

This is a small private facebook group for women in which we will be focusing on building healthy relationships with food and wellness, focusing on positive health promoting habits ( protein, fiber, activity, etc), debunking nutrition myths, sharing recipes, tips, products and accurate information. The cost to participate is $50 and can be made via Venmo (). When you make the payment include the email address associated with your facebook account and I will add you to the private group.

It was great to have the opportunity to speak to the students at Brooks School today! Visited the 9th graders to present a Positive Approach to Nutrition & Wellness and at School Assembly I introduced some Facts Facts for Performance Nutrition! These students have a lot going on and learning to fuel for optimal health and performance in the classroom & for their many activities is crucial. I’m looking forward to tomorrow when I get to meet with 2 more classrooms.
