Hi everyone – I just wanted to share that I support individuals living in Sydney and arounds who are experiencing depression, anxiety, or autism and need someone to talk to or a helping hand in their daily lives. I’ve worked in mental health and casework for many years, and I also have a personal connection through a relative who lives with mental health challenges.
I now offer gentle, one-on-one support as a trusted and registered NDIS provider. My services are tailored to each individual’s needs and include:
• Domestic assistance – helping with everyday tasks at home to keep things comfortable and manageable
• Personal care – respectful, compassionate support with hygiene, grooming, and daily routines
• Transport – getting to and from appointments, activities, or community outings safely and on time
• Social support – offering genuine connection and encouragement through companionship, community engagement, and goal-setting
