Making huge strides in my therapy journey 👏 👏
Switched to half caff coffee, so my thought have been less rapid and chaotic and my thoughts are now making more sense and I'm having less anxiety and the bestvpart I'm actually tired by the time my head hits the pillow 😅
I've lost 20lbs since I stopped drinking and kept it off. Started doing intermittent fasting, smaller, more frequent meals with high protein, low in empty carbs, high fiber (veggies & fruit), and cut snacking and sweets...
I've come up with alternatives for my cravings...
No diets or weird exercises here. I walk 5-6 miles a day.
I am working on communication with my loved ones, too 👌
This year has been about health since I stopped drinking and started therapy in January 2024.
We're currently in the process of purging our whole house of clutter and unused items that have accumulated over the years when we were in a drunken blinded super, we became so unorganized that it became overwhelming🙄
Time for a change, baby 💯
I'm super proud of my progress and looking forward to the future.
