It’s been a while since we’ve had a big, fast drop like this in the lower numbers. He was excited and running around because his sissy just got here for the weekend. ♥️

My momma heart still aches the same each time 🥺 Knowing there is a slight chance something horrible could happen to my precious baby.

Our goal for Niko’s A1C is to be less than 6.5, and then eventually lower than 6.0%

Dexcom said 300 something. His finger stick said 209. 🤦🏻‍♀️

That day that Dexcom went out in the middle of the night was rough, but we are making our goal almost every day now! 😊

Midnight is the perfect time for Dexcom to CRAP OUT 🙄 Now I’ll be up till at least 2am.

But it is nice to see how sweet he looks while sleeping ♥️

Red is “average goal for Type 1 diabetic”

We are doing so much better with the new Omnipod 5 pump. I‘m hoping by the end of this year that we can tighten our range even more. I want to have a non-diabetic data. It’s difficult but not impossible!

The red numbers are the “average goal for a diabetic.”

So far we are doing fantastic!! It says our time in range has increased 26% compared to the pervious two days 🥹

I thought it was gonna be another knock down drag out with Niko’s new insurance. But we went and picked up the pump I’ve been dreaming of for the last YEAR! FOR ZERO DOLLARS 🤩
