🤎 Virtual Doula Support — Starting February 2026!

Pregnancy and birth can feel overwhelming—especially when you don’t have the support you need nearby. I’ve been there myself. Even with my husband by my side, I often wished for guidance, reassurance, and someone to walk me through the unknowns. That’s why I created Virtual Doula Support: bringing the heart of doula care straight to you, wherever you are.

✨ How it works:
• Weekly check-ins — prenatal support, birth planning, and education tailored to you
• 24/7 messaging — get your questions answered whenever you need
• Two private channels:
– One for our personal connection, trust, and guidance
– One with your partner/support team so I can help them prepare as your “honorary doula”

💛 What we’ll focus on:
• Preparing for birth and advocating for yourself
• Supporting your partner to advocate for you too
• Creating a birth plan that fits your needs and preferences
• Education and guidance designed specifically for your journey

⚠️ Note: This is fully virtual support; I will not attend births in person.

A new month is here, and with it comes change, growth, and fresh beginnings. Just like the seasons shift, so do the beautiful seasons of parenthood. 🍂💛

As your doula, I’m here to walk with you through those transitions—whether that’s welcoming a new baby, adjusting in the postpartum period, or simply finding your rhythm in this next chapter.

This October, I’m reminding parents:
🌱 It’s okay to slow down.
🌱 It’s okay to ask for help.
🌱 It’s okay to honor your own needs as much as your little one’s.
