Jab Mil Baithenge Teen yaar... Aap hum aur ......ubli hui moongfali...

I have had many pleasant memories associated with boiled peanuts in my childhood days.
This used to be a staple during the season when family members of different age groups used to bond with each other over this with deep conversations, endless chats, fun talks and magical evenings.

A big bowl used be be emptied in a matter of few minutes and a refill was a must. Nobody could eat just one. Such was the magic with these ubali hui moongfali.

A power packed finger food with no cholestrol, rich antioxidants and heaps of Vit B and E not to forget the proteins.

But the main nutrient it provided was... VITAMIN Q... Quality time.

I tried to recreate this with my 2 small daughters and i am thrilled to say that the magic still worked with these humble nuts.

Do Let me know any such finger food you used to bond over in your childhood days!! 🙃☺
