I began doing meditation at the beginning of the year.๐โโ๏ธ
I am by no means doing it properly yet. I find it easier to follow a meditation than to sit by myself. However, the technique of the body scan is quite eye opening.๐
๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ฏ๐ ๐ฆ๐ ๐ข๐ ๐ ๐ฌ๐๐ข๐ ๐, ๐๐ง๐ ๐ฉ๐ซ๐จ๐๐๐๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐ญ๐จ๐จ, ๐๐จ๐ง'๐ญ ๐๐๐๐ฅ ๐ฆ๐จ๐ฌ๐ญ ๐จ๐ ๐ฐ๐ก๐๐ญ ๐ ๐จ๐๐ฌ ๐จ๐ง ๐ข๐ง ๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ ๐๐จ๐๐ข๐๐ฌ?
Does it not normally take an aching pain to grab our attention. ๐ฃ
It's crazy to think we live in a body we are not fully aware of..
Only once I started meditation, did I start paying more attention to my body, and feeling the dull aches and pains.

But, once we have "heard" what it says do we obey?
I am a prime example. I have recently come to realize potatoes.. My absolute favorite food๐ญ is hurting me. I bloat and get quite severe stomach pain,๐คฐ although not ALL of the time it's a good 80%.
And yet I find myself with a pile of chips on my plate๐. My stomach clearly does not agreed with my taste buds on potatoes and I guess I have to start listening to who knows best!!
