Happy Mother’s Day!🌷

I’m 26 weeks into my motherhood journey 💜

As I change, transform and expand into this path that took me by surprise, every day is a wonder of how I will feel, what else will be different, and what will never be the same again. Some days it’s a fun adventure to discover, while other days I’m in tears and trying to get a grip on my mental and emotional health. It’s really an entire package 🎁

The honest truth is that it is miraculous, exciting & heart-opening just as much as it is terrifying, exhausting, overwhelming and an act of surrender in every single moment 🫣

My loving man looks at me everyday and reminds me that I AM PACHAMAMA. I’m literally creating a life inside of me, and that is still a LOT to wrap my small mind around. Meanwhile my body is conspiring every second of the day to nurture and grow this life and it doesn’t care what my personal wants or needs are 🙈

I am humbled, to celebrate this day with this little soul inside of my belly and to feel more connected than ever to my female ancestral lineage as well as the spirit of life that breathes in and out of every living thing. What a feeling! 🌿💕

So today I’m wishing every mother in whatever form you find yourself a day of blessings, of receiving so much love, and of self-acknowledgement and true honouring for saying yes to the creation of life 🙌🏽 Thank you for welcoming me into this realm with you ✨

🦋 How do you feel after the eclipse energies yesterday?

We each feel it in our own ways, but there is a shared collective energy as well, and I’d love to hear your piece of it!

For me, after an extremely chaotic week leading up to it, I woke with a calmness, like energy was released and things can settle into place now.

I also feel that wasn’t able to flow in the last week now has space to move forward in an easy, gentle way, without pressure and force.

Social media hasn’t been my highest priority in the last while.

But, I’m not gone 🙃

While I’ve been behind the scenes managing a plethora of things in my personal life, I’ve also been quietly working with two soul clients 1:1 that have been blowing me away with the shifts that are happening in their lives since we started their soul work together. Unraveling decades of pain and suffering. Cultivating a new sense of love and safety that comes from within, instead of waiting for others to provide it.

Uprooting deeply seeded experiences that have inevitably shaped who they are today, and healing them so that they no longer have a grip on every choice, every trigger, every pain that is re-surfaces.

I dont’t call myself a healer. I will not solve your life for you. And while you may think you are seeking this in your life, I can tell you that it’s not actually what you want. Why would you cut yourself short of experiencing your own strength and wisdom and powerful self?

I provide the light and the guidance for you to make your own miracles. Because they are yours to have, not mine to steal the glory of.

I am your ally as you walk the path that is ultimately yours to walk, but that you don’t have to do alone 🙏🏽

This is a medicine that came into my life years ago, and over time and experience has come to be more and more of an ally and loving partner for me.

Can I just say, that as someone who never explicitly planned to become a mother, and who is going through AAAALLLLL the things right now as my body changes and grows to care for this little being inside…. I never imagined how much it would open my heart on every level imaginable, and beyond ✨

To feel the explosive expansion of love & trust I have for myself, my partner, our baby, my family, and the love of other mothers around the world (many of whom I’ve not even met in person!)… I am humbled. My walls of protection are getting shattered, bit by bit. I am in a state of gratitude that is bigger than I could ever know 🙏🏽

It is not comfortable or easy in any way, if I’m completely honest. I feel exhausted most of the time as my “new normal” state of being. Figuring everything out in a new country all over again, hasn’t gotten easier with age nor experience. My bones have longed for something to feel like a true home for more than a decade now, which is not something most people would know about me.

Now that I have found it, I have to tell my body that is okay to feel safe and grounded here— and to let that be something I can allow myself to experience. So yes, my nervous system has been fried ever since I arrived here. Still, I take nothing back. Beautiful things are growing, inside of me and around me ☺️

Last year I opened my heart to healing one of the most painful relationships I thought I had left behind in the past…

But it seems that Spirit had another idea in mind and Adam and I were given the opportunity to step into a new level of consciousness with the love that existed between us.

It was hard, scary af and required both of us to choose from a higher place in order to listen, express, leave behind and heal what our hearts were truly asking for 💖

Grateful doesn’t even cover what has been unfolding between us ✨

And now as 2024 rolls along, we are happy to share that we’ll be welcoming a little being into the world and our lives 🧡🥰
