You know what that TAN is?
MELANIN.
Why is it dark?
What do dark things do?
Absorb ALL TYPES of LIGHT.
LIGHT = EMF = RADIATION
Melanin absorbs all frequencies of light.
Melanin is our NATURAL sunscreen🧴
Our Natural shield against all forms of radiation.
It uses the light around us to not only give us a gorgeous tan but also works as a power surge protector, a battery bank & a heavy metal chelator.
It absorbs all heavy metals, including the number 1 in humans, which is Deuterium.
but that's not it.
Melanin is a kin to chlorophyll in the plants.
As mammals, we all possess the innate ability to produce melanin, a biological gift by lady evolution.
We are Solar Powered🌞
and our skin is solar panel.
Even the palest skin type, the Fitzpatrick Type 1 skin are capable of producing melanin. It just requires time, consistent effort & gradual exposure to stimulate the process.
The more melanin your skin has, the more sunlight you need to maintain optimal health.
i.e. Darker skin needs more sun exposure to produce the same amount of vitamin D as those with lighter skin
Let your vitamin D status be an indicator of how much sunlight you’re getting.
Vitamin D levels should be at a minimum >50 ng/mL (without supplementation)
If you aren't able to make enough Vitamin D via the sunlight, you're likely not spending enough time in the Peak UV sun.
Build your Solar Callus, Get enough Magnesium, K2, Calcium from diet. Eat more animal fats (you need cholesterol to make Vitamin D) Reduce your nnEMF exposure (nnEMF reduces your body's ability to synthesise Vitamin D)
This is the best way to go about it.
Build your Melanin sheets.
Don't be afraid of the TAN.
Until next time 🫡
