Challenge Day 5: Today will be the last day of the week of activities & challenges, giving you the weekend to either take a break or catch up!! (No stress if you’re a little behind)
Activity: Read/watch topic 5 titled “Vitamins, minerals & how to macro track”
Challenge: Track your food for at least 1 day this weekend (the more days the better) via myfitnesspal or your desired tracking app (or even old school writing it all down). Then evaluate the total amount of calories you consumed and compare it to your TDEE! (If you tracked more than one day, add all the totals together and divide by how many days you tracked to generate an average). Then comment on this post if you consume more than you burn and are over eating, or if you are under eating! Keep in mind that you may eat differently on a weekend compared to a week day! (Often, many under eat all week and then over eat all weekend)…. Also, check the total values of carbs, proteins and fats and evaluate if you’re maybe consuming too much or too little of each macro nutrient! And feel free to comment about them here too!!
