I think it’s a brilliant way of teaching them to think and speak positively of themselves
It gave me the idea to design a pack of my own that other parents or children could use and keep.
The pack contains 13 positive affirmations, along with a handy guide with some tips on.
It’s suitable for any age,from toddlers to teenagers
