I specialize in Neuromuscular Therapy and Sports Massage. There are many benefits to receiving Neuromuscular Therapy but overall it can greatly eliminate pain in your body and help you stay balanced with your health physically, mentally, and even emotionally. It specifically will treat the pain and dysfunctions in the soft tissues. Because this technique manipulates the soft tissue (muscles, tendons, and connective tissue) it can then balance the Central Nervous System. Sports massage is very important to receive whether you are a professional athlete, a person that is a serious exerciser or just casually training. It can improve your results and performance, reduce recovery time from sport-related injuries, and prevent from further injury. Every client has different needs and will express different issues in their body so I will always blend several types of bodywork with my specializations and fine tune the session to what I feel will benefit the client the most.
