Dear wonderful friends and tribe. I just wanted to share some amazing results working with my client with ALS. She was referred to me by our dear Sandra de Gelder. My client had great difficulty speaking, swallowing, and moving and walking. This is her story in her own words from her testimonial, for which I am very grateful-
I was diagnosed with ALS....
I was diagnosed with ALS more than 3 years ago. I am in wheelchair now, can’t lift my arms, struggling with swallowing, eating, speaking and breathing properly. Of course I tried everything under the sun to slow the progression or even to get better. I refused to give in, I refused to believe the grim prognosis.

I stumbled upon information on the mind-body connection, the power of your thoughts and emotions over your physical body. Joe Dispenza, Bruce Lipton, Brandy Gillmore, I learned so much of her. They all are telling more or less the same: you can heal yourself with your mind. But how? Just thinking positive is not the answer. Then I saw Marisa Pear with RTT on YouTube. I got referred to Isabella as a more local RTT expert and we had our first session within a week.

Writing this, I am now three weeks in of working with her, and a miracle happened: I can suddenly swallow my food and drinks with way more ease (no more choking or gagging!), my voice sounds stronger, I have more room to breathe, my neck muscles feel a bit stronger. No wobble head anymore! On top of this my digestive problems are gone. And mind you, not for a few hours, but it has been like this for a week! Isabella has guided me to these amazing improvements. The Hypnosis Therapy just opens up your subconscious mind. She senses what you need, she helps you understand the deep subconscious thinking and emotions that you are not aware of, and she shows you how to shift this with practical tools to help you heal yourself. Truly amazing, and our journey together just started!

In the intricate tapestry of human health, the connection between the mind and body is a profound and often underestimated aspect. While traditional medicine has long focused on treating physical symptoms with pharmaceuticals and procedures, emerging research sheds light on the profound impact of emotional well-being on overall health. In recent years, there has been a growing recognition that healing emotions can play a pivotal role in addressing physical symptoms and promoting holistic wellness.

Given the profound impact of emotions on physical health, addressing emotional well-being is essential for holistic healing.

Emotions are not merely fleeting states of mind; they have a tangible impact on the body's physiological processes. When we experience intense emotions such as fear, anger, or sadness, the body responds by releasing stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline. While this response is adaptive in the short term, chronic activation of the stress response can wreak havoc on the body over time.

The concept of the mind-body connection is not new. Ancient healing traditions such as Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine have long emphasized the interconnectedness of mental, emotional, and physical health. However, it is only in recent decades that modern science has begun to unravel the mechanisms behind this connection.

The journey toward holistic healing involves recognizing and honouring the intricate interplay between mind, body, and emotions. By acknowledging the role of emotions in physical symptoms and embracing practices that promote emotional well-being, individuals can embark on a path of profound healing and transformation.

Hello! How are you doing? I have been away from social media for the last few months, and have been busy with work, studies and family. I have been on a few trips as well recently, and ticked skiing ⛷️ off my list 😄. The best part of the ski trip was when we were not skiing. Ouch, don't ask. 😅
I'm still working on my PHD dissertation, but we are getting there, and I'm really excited to be sharing my research in the coming months with you all. Just wanted to come in and give a wave and say Hi, and I am very much here, even if I don't seem active on social media. Hope you are doing FABULOUS! And thanks for being here.... 💛

I had picked up a random book in my school library. The cover was green and there were a few pencil-drawn illustrations in the book. Joan... Joan of Arc from France, the indomitable warrior who defied norms and forged her own destiny. She was intuitive, and connected to God. She was brave. Full of conviction and morally upright. Joan's battle cry echoed through history, "I am not afraid. I was born to do this!" Later in life, I saw films based on her life. They were inspiring and humbling to watch at the same time.

Imagine the courage it took to lead armies and challenge conventions in an era dominated by scepticism. Imagine the strength it took to challenge the status quo with unwavering conviction.

Today, let Joan's fiery determination be your battle cry! Do you know your purpose? What were you born to do? What brings you joy? Many of us these days do not know the answer to these questions. Life is laborious, we are doing a rinse and repeat each day, and we have problems with organising our lives and our minds.

That's why I specialise in helping people find their purpose. Years ago I realised that purpose is related to even seemingly unconnected things like our physical health. I wanted to help people regain their physical health and emotional health, and in the process, I ended up finding that helping people figure out their purpose was the key to health, wealth and happiness.

So today, I urge you to embrace your uniqueness, march to the beat of your own drum, and let your spirit be ablaze with your faith. Because with every step forward, you're forging your own path to greatness. 🌲 Let your soil be Faith, let your soul be nourished by it, strengthened by it. Let yourself be guided.

Create a legacy of bravery. What quest ignites your soul? What obstacles will you overcome on your path to greatness?

Come now, arm yourself with confidence, charge into the unknown, and declare, "I am unstoppable, for I was born to conquer my dreams!" ⚡️💙 🏹✨

🌟 "Joy is a net of love by which you can catch souls." 🌟 - Mother Teresa
This beautiful quote by Mother Teresa reminds us that the true essence of joy lies in spreading love and compassion to others. Every act of kindness and every smile we share can be a powerful way to touch the hearts of those around us. Let's strive to cast our nets of love far and wide, catching souls with the magic of joy.

Noble ones, Being quiet is the same as having spoken. This is a pivotal time in history when we battle hatred and the forces of the opposite of Goodness. I love all people, and yet I cannot believe the world we live in where protestors can chant "Gas the Jews". How dare you, part of me wants to ask them, and another part says Why bother talking to those who are obviously 'not okay'. The quote in this post's visuals is from a speech Mrs Polin the mother of Hersh Godlberg-Polin gave yesterday. Please find it on Youtube, and listen to the whole speech. Noble ones, Love is the Only Way. Our beloved Creator, Nature, Universe, whatever way you want to call it- did not create a world for hatred and decimation.

With Love,
from one of many many many who feel the same. ❤️

Even as my soul has wept. I’m Praying for Peace. 🙏🏽 May hatred turn to love. May compassion, mercy, understanding and acceptance rule. May destruction be halted, may children be comforted, may the wounded and elderly be taken care of, may the captives be released. May Peace be in the souls of all. May calm prevail. Infinite blessings rain down. 🙏🏽

I remember about 4 years ago, a friend of mine 'L', recommended I read '𝘔𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘵𝘢𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯𝘴' by Marcus Aurelius. The name rang a bell, I had come across it several times before but hadn't read the book. L said I must read it, and that it was so good that she always had a copy of it by her bedside. L is someone I respect greatly. Not only kind, beyond normal but also wise and extremely well-read.
She wasn't wrong. The book is a real treasure.

What I love about it is, reading the inner workings of the consciousness of a great man. And like all great works, there is something timeless about it. It draws us into his inner world. He is writing to himself, and addressing himself. And through it, we feel a closeness to him, as though we know him better than people who actually knew him during his lifetime.

He writes beautifully on subjects that have been probably on most people's minds in some ways. So it is at once familiar, and inspiring at the same time. Inspiring because he takes time to ponder and reflect. He guides us through his own reflections. He speaks about how to deal with everyday people as well as how to reach for excellence in himself. Excellence based on virtues and values. It also contains valuable insights into the practice of meditation. Aurelius believed that meditation was a crucial tool for personal growth, self-discipline, and the attainment of inner tranquillity.

His teachings in "Meditations" continue to inspire and guide people in their own personal journeys of self-discovery and self-mastery. Subjects which are very close to my heart and are so much a part of my personal and professional life as well.
