This special experience is hosted by A 5-part seasonal embodiment series designed to support the transition from the Year of the Snake into the Year of the Horse
Each 2-hour workshop offers a guided container for reflection, ceremony, exploration, movement, and connection — inviting participants to consciously release what is complete and step forward with clarity, courage, and trust through the Chinese New Year.
You’re welcome to attend a single session or commit to the full arc of the series for a more integrated experience.

One of our AMAING Wasatch Yoga Fest Coordinators is teaching a transformative workshop!!!

✨Starting this Wednesday. I am cohosting with Lauren Scoll, a 500hr teacher with a natural gift for creating beautiful intentionality in the details. Together, we will be crafting 2 hour workshops to transition in community from the Year of the Snake to the Year of the Horse.
