Such a fun Group of Moms and Kiddos this morning! We did some Morning Asana and Mindfulness with midway wiggle release. Most of yall know I’m in the background (like with the wasatch yoga fest) or doing 1:1 these days when it comes to yoga. But I always teach on request! I was asked to Teach this Fun Homeschool Co-Op. they did so well. So much fun! So many families are utilizing Yoga and mindfulness and I’m so here for it ! #
