For our Macgumby customers with pending orders:

Please know that the Macgumby team are quietly working behind the scenes to issue refunds and reply to emails.

Please do not contact his family or comment on his past posts as to where your products are. We understand why you are, but please don't. Your comments have been removed.. We are heartbroken and there are alot of tears - but we know that this is our role that we are honoured to fulfill.

Mr Macgumby loved his business so much that working in his Square dashboard to track the progress of each order was a joy for him. He'd be on the Square app day and night, even sitting in the cab of his machine, having a break at work. If there was a discrepancy or a delay or a website glitch, he'd be on the phone.

We can see on the Macgumby dashboard that all orders placed before the 1st of October have an Aust Post mark on them. We encourage those customers to keep an eye out for the postie or yarn to Australia Post about the delay in delivery.

Those orders after this date, have been issued a refund. Square message states that the refund can be expected in 7 days.

For those who are asking if there will be Macgumby products in the future, we know why you're asking. His products were "a Godsend" and a "last resort" to many. We say, it's just too soon to yarn about.

We step back to allow for space, time and healing for his family and loved ones during this Sorry time.

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of the Creator and Director of MACGUMBY. His passion for sharing Gumby Gumby healing with all he met and his vision and leadership were instrumental in shaping our community and business. We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family and friends during this difficult time. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

We will miss him always

Just letting you all know that I will be on the move this weekend around the Townsville area.
Friday night i will be at the strand night markets , then on Saturday i will be up at Balgal beach market and then on Sunday I am trying to get a stall space at the Willows markets at the Willows shopping centre .
