Wednesday was a special day in Sudbury, Suffolk!!
It was my birthday 🎂
It's also the day we launched the programme!
This is a unique programme of over 30 Zoom calls running from 1st December through to 1st January to help people deal with loneliness and isolation over the Christmas period.
