What is the number one rule when doing all physical activities?? NASAL BREATHING ONLY!! See how my mouth is closed as I am snowshoeing, along with the concentration and focus to ensure that am doing so. Breathing re-education allows your body to harness increased Co2 which allows more O2 to your muscles to prevent muscle fatigue, increase stamina and endurance, as well as decreased post workout soreness. Retraining your breathing is a game changer for a healthier you!!
