HYROX Sydney is back — and if you are competing on 1 July, the next seven weeks are the window that matters most.

The race format is unique. Eight kilometres of running broken up by eight workout stations — sled push, sled pull, SkiErg, rowing, burpee broad jumps, farmers carry, sandbag lunges and wall balls. Each station hits a different physical demand, and they all compound on each other across the race.
