Meet Justine.😊

Justine will be hosting the Nutrition Workshop on my Habit Building Program! 🤩

I met Justine back in 2021 in Thailand when I asked her to help me understand why I’m constantly low on energy. I vividly remember our first online meeting: it was a little tutorial on the foundations of nutrition - all backed by science - and she came across as a powerhouse of information. So many lightbulbs went on for me!

Ever since, we’ve became close friends and I still follow her advice to this day. So when I realised I needed a professional nutritionist, my mind could think of no-one other than Justine. She’s honest, direct, very experienced and professional and she doesn’t take nonsense. She was my life-saver numerous times when I found myself in a pickle back in Thailand. She’s a friend for life and I’m so privileged to have her on-board this program.

I met Marilie a year ago on a retreat and we got on like a house on fire! 🔥 I am so grateful to have her as my friend and confidante in personal and business matters. She is always available to offer advice and a solution to any problem. She’s got a heart of gold and she walks her talk.

I’m very excited to have her on-board as her styling and make-up sessions I’ve had with her has completely shifted how I present myself to the world.

Meet Heiko Diehl.😊

Heiko will be hosting a Human Design workshop on my Habit Building Program!🤩

I met Heiko more than a year ago when he was a student at one of my yoga classes. Since then we’ve become allies and friends. I found a lot of insight and clarity from his Human Design sessions and he’s showed up for almost all my breathwork events and promoted them for me.

I have a lot of respect for Heiko - not only for what he does for his clients, but for who he is as a human. He’s kind, patient, insightful and always willing to help. He operates from a place of deep integrity and his actions and presence speak volumes.
