Odyssey Behavioral Healthcare is excited to share the promotion of Rush Brady to Chief Financial Officer. A valued member of the Odyssey leadership team for over four years, Rush previously served as Vice President of Finance and Development, where he took on increasing responsibility leading the organization’s financial operations.

Rush brings extensive healthcare finance experience, having started his career as a healthcare consultant for ECG Management Consultants and later holding strategy and corporate development roles at LifePoint Health and HCA Healthcare. He earned his undergraduate degree from Rhodes College and an MBA from Vanderbilt University’s Owen Graduate School of Management.

As CFO, Rush will oversee all financial functions and operations across Odyssey Behavioral Healthcare, including financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, and strategic financial initiatives.

We are proud to welcome Jeanne Greene DNP, MBA, BSN, RN, NE-BC as Chief Clinical Officer at Odyssey Behavioral Health.

Dr. Greene brings more than two decades of leadership experience spanning behavioral health, acute care, and community-based systems. Her impressive background includes executive roles such as Interim Chief Nursing Officer at Universal Health Services (UHS), Chief Clinical & Program Officer at Koinonia, and Chief Nursing Executive / VP of Medical Operations at Signature Health—where she led major initiatives that elevated quality, safety, and clinical performance.

As Chief Clinical Officer, Dr. Greene will focus on:
- Advancing quality programming across Odyssey facilities.
- Strengthening patient safety and clinical reliability.
- Fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
