Personal Discipline

Adjust your thoughts
This lesson was learned the hard way.
I blamed my sins, troubles and failures on my body. In most cases the body is just obeying impulses generated by the mind. Sometimes the body resists what the mind is telling it to do.
Almost always the body hated its first drink, first smoke. It was the mind which insisted on continuing the habits. Thinking indulgence was sophisticated or cool. Likewise, the right thoughts circulating through our minds empowers self restraint.
Life is shaped by our thoughts.
Self control, force yourself to do something without motivation, interaction, no pleasure until the goal is accomplished. Not to spend time moaning over what you have been left out. Learning to celebrate those small victories. People who care for you and always bearing in mind that you might be in a situation now but the situation will not have you.

Self control is lived best when you know where the boundaries are. True freedom is impossible without some constraints. Most people think freedom is do anything you want whenever you want to be free to do what you want. Freedom is the length of a cord from a given stake.
We have to have restraint.

Evergood Team attended Park Centre Burgess Hill fundraising day Retro Gaming and Guiz night. Park Centre brings people together and works with vulnerable children, different groups and other services to help support the community. Park Centre is a registered Charity and aim to repair and refurb the building to create a central youth and community centre for the people in Burgess Hill.

A huge thank you to Evergood Medicals for their generous donation of £500 to Park Centre!

We are looking at upgrading our fire alarm system before we reopen and this will really help towards us achieving that goal
