A Grief Retreat
A heart soothing day to honour your grief. It’s so important that we make space and time for our grief. But it’s so hard to at times, there’s never the ‘right time’ in a world where we are pulled in a million different directions and barely have the time to acknowledge our own feelings. This day is for you if you have lost someone you love - whether that’s recently or many years ago- and you would like to honour your grief, your loved ones, and show your heart some tenderness.

The day will include:

🤍 Rose tea to soften & soothe the heart
🤍 Gentle yoga focusing on the heart chakra with our lovely retreat yoga teacher Stephanie Burnett this is always optional, but Steph is a very inclusive teacher)
🤍 A speak your grief circle. A chance to speak of your grief honestly and openly, in a safe space, and an opportunity to share stories of your loved one if you wish. (Absolutely no pressure to share, sometimes just listening is all we need)
🤍 Gentle, explorative journalling prompts to allow you to acknowledge your emotions
🤍 Writing a letter to your loved one
🤍 Rose Quartz Crystal connection and guided meditation
🤍 Self massage lymphatic facial, to help release the mask of grief and allow release, led by the wonderful Happy Heart Flow I’m lucky enough to call Fizz a friend, and someone I deeply admire for her authentic and open sharing about her experiences of grief.
🤍 Creating Rose bath salts to take home and continue your self love and healing
🤍 Sound bath with our lovely Tanya at Windsor & Eton Sound Healing, and channeled heart chakra reiki from me
🤍 Releasing fire ritual, the chance to let go of heaviness, and to send our letters to our loved ones into the ether
🤍 Nourishing, beautiful food and teas included

There is very limited space for this retreat day, in order to keep the space safe and comfortable for all.
Please note that whilst all types of grief are valid and important, this retreat day is specifically focused on the grief of losing a loved one.
