God is not holding back from us! What he created is good. What he provided for our bodies to THRIVE is perfect and cannot be improved upon without consequences.
WELLNESS is getting back to a Factory Original - what did the Creator intend for us to eat? What did He provide? How can we find our way back to the health he intended so we can experience what wellness was meant to be? My job as a Wellness Coach is to help you navigate the road to Wellness. We do this together as a team.

Always roast sweet potatoes and squashes when you have time, especially if it's cool out. It will warm your home, and then you'll have it on hand to make something delicious.
I plan to use these sweet potatoes with fried eggs and avocado for my lunch today.

How can YOU increase caloric burn everyday?
Try incorporating these activities into your life:

Do additional tasks around the house

Play with the your kids

Take quick 10-minute walks every 2 hours

Have walking meetings instead of sitting in a conference room

Use a stand-up desk or sit on an exercise ball

Get a pedometer or smartwatch and challenge yourself to add more steps or activity points each day

Pace and fidget more

Take the stairs whenever available

Adopt a more active lifestyle instead of being sedentary in free time

Walk or cycle instead of driving

I NEVER want to run out of this delicious pancake mix made with healthy Ingredients. So I stocked up at Costco! Do NOT do the Keto blend, it is terrible, does not cook well and the taste is off. These Paleo cakes are made with coconut, cassava and almond flours and sweetened with monk fruit.

It's Harvest time, and that means roasting veggies, and eating apples and pumpkins!
Here in AZ it is still HOT! But I like to pretend by making meals like this one:)
Try this delicious meal with Leek, Apple and Chicken Thighs from the Paleo Restart meal plan program.

2.5 lbs chicken thighs and or drumsticks, bone in and skin on
4 braeburn or honey crisp apples, cored and quartered
2 Leeks (white and light green parts) chopped lengthwise then crosswise
2 sprigs fresh rosemary
1 Tbsp fresh rosemary, minced
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
juice of 1 lemon
sea salt and freshly ground pepper

Preheat oven to 450 F
In a bowl, mix up minced rosemary, garlic, EVOO, lemon juice, and seasonings.
Coat each chicken piece with the vinaigrette and set aside
Toss apples and leeks with remaining vinaigrette and place in a roasting dish
Heat a skillet ob=ver high heat and sear chicken, skin side down, until browned, 5 minutes
Add the chicken skin side up and nestle with apples and leeks
Add rosemary sprigs ad place in oven
Roast for 25-30 minutes or until chicken reads 160 F from a meat thermometer
Serve warm-ENJOY!!!!

ITS FALL! And that means I am making as many pumpkin things as I can think of.
This Pumpkin Greek Yogurt Parfait is one of my FAVORITES.
Simply mix full fat Greek yogurt or substitute, such as Cashew milk or Almond milk yogurt with Pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice and a touch of pure high quality maple syrup. Layer with yogurt mixture, pumpkin seeds, chopped dates, dried cherries and pecans, and top with a drizzle of pure maple syrup and a few ore of the fixins'. I also love to add a dollop of the rich coconut cream that you will find at the top of a can of full fat coconut milk.
Enjoy, and be sure to serve in a pretty glass such as this with a long spoon to get all the last bit of goodness out of the glass and into your mouth!!!!
