If it’s telling you what, when, or how much to eat—it’s a diet.
So many of my clients who are long in eating disorder recovery will talk about how they were duped into trying Whole30, or Noom, or intermittent fasting by someone who told them that these things WEREN’T actually diets.
And in the end, it just triggered all their old ED behaviors.
