Pure Serenity Health & Wellness provides one on one health coaching from a board certified H.H.P. I am not a doctor. I do not diagnose or treat patients.

I am a board certified holistic health practitioner, and certified health and wellness coach. Instead, as a certified holistic health coach, If you need a coach to lose weight, I'll not only be your coach, but your team mate! I'm here for clients to achieve their goal into living a healthier lifestyle. I am also an herbalist. I do not prescribe herbs, but I do make suggestions on which herbs may be beneficial for the body. As a board certified holistic health practitioner,
I can use my knowledge to encourage others on their
health and wellness journey. Food journaling, exercising regimens,
and breathing exercising are a few tools I use as a certified holistic health coach .
