Content warning: ptsd trigger issue. I have never mentioned this publicly. Offered with love for anyone suffering, and for peace. 🌍 🙌🏽♥️🦋

When I was young I was attacked by a disturbed individual. The physical injury healed, but the psychological trauma still lingers after nearly 50 years (ptsd). I needed some kind of intervention. Meditation has been part of the healing journey.

The artist’s brush, the musician’s instrument, and the chef’s knife are tools well-balanced in the hand of the master (slide 1). I’m no master, but a beginner. I’ve heard that awareness itself can be a well-balanced tool as well. Working on that.

If you need help with ptsd there are many different therapeutic approaches. Research it. You are worth it.

Thanks to loving family, friends, community who encouraged me by word and example to NOT give up. When a solution seems unimaginable even in that darkness healing can arise. It normally takes time. You must not give up. 🙌🏽♥️🦋
