It’s the start of a new season (literally and figuratively)🍂🍁🍃

With our middle child starting school this fall (side note: my ❤️ is not ready, please send good vibes and coffee) our family rhythms will be changing and so will the work schedule.

And that means more flexibility for YOU.

We have now added two early morning (7am) appointments to the schedule. 🌅

Staggering our schedule means we still get to see the boys little faces during the week and YOU get more scheduling option. ❤️

Turns out for many the long weekend plans are changing.

Some of you may notice that your beach day or camping trip got transformed into a game night (or a day of catching up on laundry and cleaning 🥴)

BBQ’s might look more like soup nights.

Here is to a weekend of slowing down, hopefully taking a nap (or two) invite the opportunity to stretch, to breath and maybe even to book that appointment you’ve been putting off. 😜

In an odd way, sometimes summer feels busier than winter.

I mean it’s the best kind of busy, hitting up the beach, camping, biking, roasting marshmallows, paddle boarding.

It’s so easy to forget about your body until it’s screaming at you in pain.
