This is how I started ⤵️

My workouts were 10 minutes long in my small cramped bathroom while I bathed my daughters cause that’s all I could do! 😅

You don’t need fancy gym gear, a big space, or lots of time.

All you need is 20-30 minutes (and a yoga mat if you want—| even work out in my pajamas, barefoot!).

Give me one week, and I’ll show you easy exercises that will turn your legs into jello and feel that burn 🔥 every time you squat down to pick up a toy from the floor! 🫣🫠

You’ll feel strong, happy, and ready for your busy day!

After a bit of a break I’m coming back to coaching and I’m looking for 5 mamas to start their workout journey in a baby steps kind of way. I’ll coach you for 1 whole week, give you all of the unlimited support including a 30 minute discovery call.

I started my health and fitness journey in the spring of 2020.

Crazy to think it’s been 5 years of consistent sweat sessions, workouts and holding my own self accountable.

But starting can be tricky if you don’t know how to and you listen to the gazillion of opinions about fitness that are in the internet.

You can start with small baby steps in the comfort of your own home and in your pajamas if you wish! 😉

My why is stronger than my sh*tty excuses and here’s why ⤵️

These two little ladies are watching, learning and slowly but surely internalizing everything I do.

Our ongoing thoughts become our beliefs and out beliefs become our reality.

The moment I stopped telling myself that I had no time to work out and move my body, I found a way of doing it.

At the beginning, it started with 10 minutes of squats and knee push-ups while I bathed my toddlers after a long work day.

And now I prioritize at least a minimum of 20 to 30 minutes every day to move my body not because I need to, BUT most importantly because I get to.

Because it is my duty as a mama with a healthy body to show my daughters what is possible when you commit to something greater than yourself.

Was it always this easy? NO!

But that’s why I became a fitness coach for mamas! O will hold your hand throughout the process, be your biggest cheerleader and that little voice in your head that whispers “let’s get that sweat in babe… remember how good you’ll feel!”

We say that we doing anything for our children…

But what if we started to love ourselves as much as we love our children? What if we practiced the same kind of radical self love and trust in ourselves the same way we do with our children?

Imagine how much joy would it bring you knowing that you are poring into your self as much as you pour into your children?

And this is my number one reason why I love coaching mamas and helping them start their own health and fitness journey!!!

My daughter and I will often do daily hugging competitions 🤗

We count how many hugs we give each other in a day and the next day we try to double it! It’s always such an important reminder to me of what really matters when it comes to our physical and mental health.

This is why starting a workout journey is so much more than coming up with a workout or meal plan ☺️

You can’t take care of your body without taking care of your mind and viceversa 🫶🏻

Remind yourself of this: the only workout or movement that you regret is the one you didn’t do! 🤪🤩

When motivation is running low and I don’t feel like doing my movement of the day (cause it happens even you are super consistent!) I remind myself of this.

And it works every single time! 😁

So next time that you are not feeling it, give yourself just 10 minutes of movement and if you are still not feeling it stop, but 99% of the time you will continue!

A ten minute workout is better than none. 🙌🏻

What do you think about this?!

I really became consistent in my workout journey, when I ditched the ALL or NOTHING mentality. 🥳

I love structure, predictability and routines...

BUT all of this goes out the window when you are parenting little kids. 🫠

So instead of not working out because the time is not perfect or all the stars didn’t aligned, I started maxing out on the small windows of opportunities I found throughout the day.

What does this look like:

➡️ Doing 10 squats while you are doing bath time

➡️ Doing 10 knee push ups while you are waiting for the coffee to brew in the morning

➡️ Doing 12 backward lunges while you are brushing your teeth

The possibilities are endless. So instead of just giving up because the timing is not perfect (cause we know it will never be!) find ways to incorporate small burst of movements throughout the day.

You will be surprised by how much you can do!

Three years ago when I started my workout journey, I couldn’t do more than 10 squats in a row without feeling like I was about to faint 🤪

But along my health journey, I was doing a lot of inner healing and came along the work of .holistic.psychologist

To say that it transformed my life and mindset is an understatement. One of the concepts I loved was how you build trust in yourself by making and keeping a small daily promise.

My first small promise was doing 10 squats! I did it until I slowly built up the strength to run half a marathon.

And the rest is history! 🥳
