A dynamic yoga class that includes flowing movements between different yoga poses. Learn to move with your breath and release built up tension in the mind and body.
All fitness and flexibility levels welcome 🙏

Unfortunately as it's a public holiday on Monday I won't be teaching the 12h00 Pilates class for the Luchon Gymnic club. However I will be teaching 2 classes in my Luchon studio:

10h00 Pilates (2 places left)
11h00 Pilates ballon (3 places left)

Thankyou to everyone who has supported my little fitness studio -> KP Core Connection in 2023! It has been such a pleasure to teach you all and keep exercising fun!
I still have a few private classes I will be teaching on New Year's eve and New Year's day. Then I'm off to play with the horses and to recharge my battery 😊 I will also use this time to develop new ideas and exercises to keep the classes dynamic, appealing, challenging (but always with options) and most importantly fun!
Group and individual classes resume Monday 8 January!
