Yesterday, we had the honor of sharing what we are all about on The Vine with THV11! We have some exciting things coming up this year, and would love for you to join in.

You can practice with us tomorrow at the Plaza. We are going to be led by our guest teacher, Nicole from 6-7pm. Bring a mat, some water, and highly encourage sunscreen/sunglasses. We will see you then.

Dogtown Yoga hosts classes every Wednesday in the Argenta Plaza.
