Yesterday, we had the honor of sharing what we are all about on The Vine with THV11! We have some exciting things coming up this year, and would love for you to join in.

You can practice with us tomorrow at the Plaza. We are going to be led by our guest teacher, Nicole from 6-7pm. Bring a mat, some water, and highly encourage sunscreen/sunglasses. We will see you then.

Dogtown Yoga hosts classes every Wednesday in the Argenta Plaza.

Thanks so much for the outpouring of love on our first week back! 28 of you came and moved together in community, and we are so grateful to share this practice with you.

We would also like to share our first guest teacher of the season: Lo Patt! Lo will be teaching April 23, and we are already looking forward to it. Scroll to read more about Lo, and how she is making an impact in our community.

Today we are offering our last class for the 2024 season. It's going to hold a little bit of everything: movement, meditation, reflection and time spent together in community. We would love to have you join us on stage at 6 pm.

This class we will utilize our mats, blocks, a pen and paper or journal, plus a mug to have tea together. Please bring what you can and we will supply the rest. See you there!

P.s. Halloween costumes are encouraged!
