💥CLIENT SPOTLIGHT💥

This girl was so kind letting herself be my guinea pig for the LEH program and was such an amazing and determined client. Lexi came to me as an already active person with a strong, athletic physique that was ready to get that “trim.” While the program has extended to 6 weeks, Lexi accomplished this in FOUR WEEKS. For someone of a healthy weight, these results are very impressive.

Like me, Lexi has a sweet tooth and was snacking often. During her meal plan, I made sure she was consistently eating throughout the day. She gave me so many foods she liked to work with and we incorporated her favorite brands, even foods I hadn’t heard of! We worked them in. Not to mention - she ate either chocolate or ice cream EVERY night... at first 😉 Because we focused on reducing added sugar, she stopping craving it as much. The brain is addicted to it... it’s a mind trick that makes you want that boost sugar provides.

Lexi was aiming for a change in body composition and that’s exactly what we did. Her lean muscle is more defined and her body fat % has decreased. Within the first week and a half, we slowly took her carbohydrate intake down about 20% on average to get her to the actual amount that her body needs. She was also eating protein on protein protein. You NEED protein to trim down - especially with her consistent workouts. Most importantly, she had more energy throughout the day!!

A total dream client. So disciplined. Goes to show that science works - if you are eating in a calorie deficit and meeting your macronutrients, results are almost 100% guaranteed.
I am so proud of her for changing her body in only one month and am so confident in her new attention to what she’s eating!!!! 💫💫💫

On the 6 week program - My first client, Lexi, was amazing! She crushed it! Here what she had to say:

“Starting a diet was actually nerve racking. Being a former athlete I’ve done nothing but “carb up” for game days and recoveries. I’ve always been somewhat conscious of what I’ve eaten but over quarantine this past year I definitely lost a regime and pattern of healthy eating. I was only eating a meal or two a day and it was not of substance. I would snack HEAVY late in the night and just was not taking care of myself. I never gained weight BUT I definitely changed my body composition over this time. I lost muscle mass and gained fat in my hips. Allie’s plan was definitely a challenge but I was up for it. Once I started though I realized I could do it. She made sure I had all of my favorite foods incorporated into my meals and even had desert (ice cream and chocolate) every night! Even after a few days I began to feel so good. My energy was spiked, but cravings for sweets was curbed and I felt healthy. Not only did I see a difference in my body but I also saw a difference in my skin and hair. This plan is the REAL DEAL!! Allie was also great, she checked in with me often and tweaked my plan how I needed depending on how I was feeling. It was a flexible yet scheduled plan that actually worked! I highly recommend this plan and Allie 🥰♥️.”
