Getting healthy doesn’t have to be about spending countless hours on the treadmill, eating kale and spinach for 3 meals a day, hating every single aspect of your life except for when you get that cheat meal or are able to take a rest day. Health cannot be a cookie cutter program. There is not a universal answer to how you can achieve your goals. Are there some really good guidelines? Yes, however, no one can tell you what your “healthy” is. Healthy may just be watching your grandchildren grow up. Healthy might be spending 2 hours in the gym everyday to get “swole”. Healthy might be feeling confident in that bathing suit again. Healthy might be just being able to get up and down the stairs. Healthy is what you decide you want healthy to be.
