Hello, everyone I hate how Facebook does things lol. I am the founder of Better Health for Women and Men Training School. I created this school to teach people about their health. And to show them how to take better care of themselves. , I have been to Yale and am still in Heath and Science Academy out of London England. I am working on lifestyle Medicine and will soon have my Ph.D. You can also see my cooking show on ROKU very soon.
