Itโs so important to remember that we are not alone in our despairing

To put down old stories of not BELONGING

To RETURN to the TRIBE who sit with us in LOVING witness.
Who UNDERSTAND that we are all walking our selves HOME

As earth elementals, gnomes represent the grounding and stabilizing force within the natural realms.
Our traditional garden gnome is closely linked to the mythology of the classical elements (Earth, Fire, Water, and Air) and were once beleived to be the nocturnal protectors of the Earth.
Legend has it that gnomes live underground, where they guard the nearby plant life (as well as their personal stashes of buried treasure) ๐

Sometimes what we are holding on so tightly
Can become so heavy for the heart to hold
Yesterday was that day to release for me.
No longer hiding my essence away
I know I have been so cruel to giving up hope
With the wisdom of my womb

To surrender to the peace & beauty
To the dwelling of self
Svadhisthana - how I have learnt to speak your name with the roll of my tongue

Where we were once and still are connected to our mothers with the invisible ambiance

To surrender to the peace & beauty of our true selves.
Our element of water ๐งกPurpose of FEELING๐งกIdentity of emotions๐งกSeen in the physical body as the womb space,reproductive organs.kidneys & bladder๐งก
Felt in the emotional body
as Raw-Creative-Pleasure-Guilt ๐งก
The mental body shows up as partnership&relationships with self & others ๐งก
