Human Biomechanics Specialist course was next level. The intensity of learning and the quality of the information you get on these courses is insane.
The science of biomechanics is so new and unexplored. It's amazing to consider what the implications of this stuff could be for human health, lifespan, athleticism, etc. It's a privilege to be able to attend these courses and to pass on as much as I can to help my clients and those around me. Head over to the page and check out the results this method is getting worldwide. One thing's for sure, your other movement and exercise practices like yoga and crossfit aren't going to catch up now. Do yourself a great favour and hop on FP now. Don't get left behind. Let's work our way towards a world full of athletic, pain-free, functional humans.

Human Biomechanics Specialist course done. Probably the most insightful and coherent experience of my life. I would do a big write up but it isn't necessary. Just do Functional Patterns. Invest in yourself, work on cutting out unhealthy coping mechanisms, unhealthy food, unhealthy people and unhealthy physical behaviour from your life and see what can happen. Or get left behind.

A strong, pain-free body that feels good and performs good is ABSOLUTELY within your capability. Don't cope your way through life without addressing the root causes of your problems. Don't tolerate pain, weakness and hormonal problems as just a part of life. Don't let your body get to breaking point and fail you - you'll never forgive yourself. Start taking yourself seriously and come experience physical training like you've never experienced it before.

Slowly putting on some mass without irritating my joints, pulling any muscles or irritating my digestive system. It's gradually becoming easier and easier to get whichever muscles I want to fire and support my movement the more I obsess over biomechanics and pay attention to what my body feels like at all moments of every day. That said I still suck at it, but this feels so much better than the sort of training I used to take part in.

Working on fundamental core strength this AM.
A baseline level of stability and strength in the core is foundational for a healthy body that can move well workout injury or pain. The issue is that people typically train their core in very limited contexts and without a good enough understanding of alignment, with little carry-over into real life. The result is that many people's cores are not supporting their hips and spine properly when they move. I'm lucky I chanced to come across and and have acquired some great tools and concepts to help people get their cores ACTUALLY strong.
Shoot me a DM if you're looking to take the guesswork out of training and really start solving your problems!

Alex putting in the work to become a better versions of himself. Keeping as many areas on the body engaged throughout a motion like this is no easy task, but the risk:reward ratio of training like this renders conventional exercises such as deadlifts completely obsolete. All the gains with none of the pains!

Some of my own progress so far on my relaxed, uncued standing posture. Unfathomable amounts still left to fix but I dread to think what the picture on the right would look like if I had been doing yoga, physio and weightlifting the past few years instead of FP. It feels quite nice to be physically improving as I age rather than degenerating, even if it's at nowhere near the rate I would like yet.
Any feedback from FP people is welcome and appreciated.

and myself working on our dysfunctions this morning. I think building muscle mass is one of the only things I haven't shown people yet on myself with FP, and I want to leave people with no excuses not to switch to FP from their sub-par practices that aren't good for them, so I'm making it more of a goal to build mass while correcting my dysfunctions from now on.

Client Nick nailing his first time working the step press this past week! Some impressive results pending if this guy keeps putting in the work.

Aaron's first time working the step press! It's great to have an athlete in with an open mind who is willing to learn. Aaron is learning how to train his body as an integrated whole and to train in relation to the motions he performs every day as a human and as a fighter. He's setting himself up for success.
