FixPat will host a 'For the Love of JEDI Community Baby Shower' on Friday, May 12th, 2-4pm EST. Location: Lamond-Riggs Public Library, 5401 South Dakota Ave, NE in Ward 5.

This program is to implement FixPat's grounding principles of Justice, Equity, (neuro)Diversity, and Inclusion, or JEDI. It supports two of our key project areas: the DC Child Justice Coalition and NeuroMama cooperative. In addition to celebrating 10 neurodivergent pregnant people and disabled families with young children under the age of 8 years old, the next JEDI Community Baby Shower will also serve as a graduation of the 2023 Caregiver Political Education Bootcamp.
