After making life changing decisions about my health, what I put in my body, on my body. I started looking into a Biological dentist.
Getting my Root canal removed on the 21st!

I've been on this weight loss journey for awhile.
Post chemo weight has been so hard to lose..
Love the Slique shakes in the morning.

Remember to not sick your finger in your eye after you had put Peppermint essential oil in your coffee for your morning commute into downtown St. Louis in the crazy morning traffic.
Not good to be driving with one eye on the road!
