Wild Soul Centre 👋🏼 Hi! I'm Eline

I help you guide and direct your energy and emotions through movement and nature.

Learn to shift overwhelm and burnout, reconnect with your body, and step into inner strength, joy and vitality. The Way of the Wild Soul Trail integrates around Qi Gong, Nature Spirituality and Story Dancing, as different ways to inquire into what is meaningful for us. Drawing from my personal and professional experience as a lifelong dancer and movement facilitator (trained in Movement Medicine and Qi Gong among other movement styles), medical anthropologist, shamanic practitioner, and person with an autoimmune condition, I weave those different strands into all the work I do. I help intuitive and sensitive achievers who are caring and creative to get out of survival mode, stress, anxiety and overwhelm. Navigate life’s challenges and regain your energy and clarity of purpose with
a set of embodied, creative and spiritual practices that create and sustain transformation and rekindle your inner spark! These practices rekindle your energy, life force, creativity, joy and sense of direction, so you can face life with calm confidence, re-sourced from deep within.

Meeting archetypes does not mean believing in something, analysing myths or getting it “right.” It begins much closer to home, with noticing a quality of energy, a mood, a gesture, a way your body wants to move or rest, how it wants to express itself. We can invite archetypal patterns to enter our psyche and body, to become embodied and lived resources rather than stories. Have you ever noticed that taking a shape or posture shifts your energy? That's what we'll be doing in Goddess Qi Gong: how we can step into confidence, into the joy and pleasure of the lover, the nourishing depth of mothering, or the fierce protective stance of the warrior, standing up for what we believe in... Which quality of goddess or divine feminine or womanhood could you boost a little right now?

It's the deep of winter. Cailleach shapes the land, gathering stones, calling the storms, teaching patience and deep time. Meet 3 siblings of the Crone Archetype - from Celtic, Greek and Slavic lands... Learn about wise woman energy embodied in different cultures (yes, it's my inner anthropologist speaking with joy here!), teaching us how to wait, listen, and trust the dark... And... if you happen to celebrate Christmas (because remember - not everyone does!!!) then I wish you a merry time with those you love!)

21/12/2025

Happy Midwinter! This is one of my favourite days in the year, this still point at the turning. Today I'm sharing a new snippet on Archetypes and how I work with them... They are living patterns of energy, ways life moves through us at different moments and seasons. In Goddess Qi Gong you have a chance to meet these patterns through the body, slowly and attentively, allowing to let deep wisdom rise to the surface, and inspire us how to be here now.

What does it mean to step into Crone, or Wise Old Woman wisdom? She represents our deep inner knowing but isn't not always easy to meet. She is one who dares to ask the hard questions, cackles at pretence and invites a kind of honesty that can feel uncomfortable because it is unconventional. She does not smooth the way or make things palatable, but she offers something rarer: the permission to be fully yourself.

Enjoy is the third short clip from the free Meeting the Crone webinar, as glimpse into my upcoming Goddess Qi Gong journey starting 20 January! Would love to welcome you there... All info in the link in bio!

When I was writing last week’s Substack essay on the erosion of the goddess and 4 shifts in cosmology and consciousness, I realised how many awesome exhibitions I’ve visited over the years….

Seeing this Venus of Laussel in an anthropology museum in Paris was really moving. She holds a bison horn in her hand, with 13 notches on it, probably indicating the yearly moon cycles and the menstrual times…

People have carved this image in a rock. That means it was special, or otherwise they wouldn’t have spent time and energy to go through this effort. What if this could reinspire us to celebrate our body?

In this short clip I'm sharing how I did a solo ceremony in a neolithic burial mound last year October, to prepare for my hysterectomy surgery. In a way this led to the 'birth' of the Goddess Qi Gong circle that I'm excited to host in the new year!

If you are a woman in transition, and you're curious to invite the power of 9 female archetypes into your journey, I'd love to invite you into the cauldron.

We'll be working with: Maiden, Lover, Mother, Warrior, Queen, Crone, Unraveler, Healer and Mystic. The course will start on 20 January, and you can find links in the bio for the course page and the free Crone webinar.

Keep an eye out for short clips like these from the earlier Meeting the Crone webinar, to get a flavour of this work! If you like to experience a 30 minute movement sequence on the Crone, you can view the entire webinar for free!

I always LOVE the altars . Here is one from February this year, when I was last there. For me the owl resonates with this season, as guardian of night vision, moving between worlds with quiet precision. We talked about how the archetypes are often accompanied by animals, and there are several goddess who have Owl as their familiar. Athena’s owl represents clear seeing, strategic wisdom, and the ability to perceive truth in darkness.Lilith's owl stands for wild feminine autonomyand shadow wisdom. Baba Yaga's owl aligns with her role as keeper of the wild laws, bone wisdom and nocturnal knowing. I love exploring the cross overs between familiars and shamanic animal teachings... What does owl represent for you?

Over the coming weeks I’ll share short clips like these from the free Meeting the Crone webinar, to give you a glimpse of my upcoming Goddess Qi Gong journey.

This is the first one, a gentle inquiring in what you would like to ask of the Wise Old Woman at this time in your life... She's especially helpful when you're standing at crossroads!

W're going to meet for 9 weeks in a sacred circle for women standing at a threshold, to embody the power of the 9 female archetypes: Maiden, Lover, Mother, Warrior, Queen, Crone, Unraveler, Healer and Mystic. The course will start on 20 January, and you can find links in the bio for the course page and the free Crone webinar.

What do we mean by 'crone' and how do wise old woman show up in our contemporary society? Let's celebrate the eccentricity, no longer needing to adapt, but stepping into your wild eccentricity...

This is the 3rd in the series of clips from the Crone webinar, and I just so love the depth of these teachings... We'll go into different aspects of each archetype that they may come alive for you as companions on your own journey!

The Goddess Qi Gong journey starts on 20 January, and you can find links in the bio for the course page. We’re going to meet for 9 weeks in a sacred circle for women standing at a threshold, to embody the power of the 9 faces of womanhood: Maiden, Lover, Mother, Warrior, Queen, Crone, Unraveler, Healer and Mystic.

Just saying hi with a dreamy image by the river last Sunday… it’s such a life saver for me to create pockets of time out with the wilds.

The stream was gurgling, and the crows had a lot to say! I was reflecting on the river of life, with still pools (and my wish for more of those), and rapids that can churn you this way and that. Nature, movement and deep time are so essential to stay sane on the busyness and intensity of life…

Where do you like to go for u yo our nature immersion?

I’m so excited to share Goddess Qi Gong, a new Wild Soul adventure beginning on 20 January. Move through 9 archetypes that express different aspects of womanhood: Maiden, Lover, Mother, Warrior, Queen, Crone to Unraveler, Healer and Mystic.

These are especially supportive at threshold times like midlife and menopause, where old identities shift and solid ground seems to have been knocked from under our feet.

It’s community and movement for women in transition, navigating change, shedding skins or sensing a new chapter calling.

This short clip is taken from our recent webinar Meeting the Crone, where we stepped into wisdom, breath and the quiet power of letting go on Samhain, with the fierce authenticity of the wise old woman!

If you feel called to invite some goddess energy into your life, the early bird price for the course runs until the end of November!

You notice what you focus on: I am starting to see mermaids everywhere, even in French bakeries!

Can’t wait to dive into the soul-deeps with you end of July. It’s always a privilege to hold space for transformation, and the Sealskin Soulskin workshop is especially close to my heart.

Check out my Substack for some recent posts on Dancing with Stories, Myth and Movement and the Selkie story in particular…

Recently I became aware of another sea goddess Sedna, and I cant wait to learn more about her!

Path-Finding

You know how that goes, walking, trailing, looping, meandering, retracing your steps... Many years I searched for the ‘umbrella’ term under which all my interests in dance, movement, nature, shamanism, lucid dreaming, embodied academia, ceremony and sacred art could find a home...

Clover Trail introduces 13 inspiring ingredients to Thrive in Life. Each on its own offers an incredibly rich dish, a life-time practice and strong medicine. They have helped me stay healthy and well, and I hope they benefit you too. Some you will already know, others might be trails less traveled, but foremost I intend this to be a place where Soul is welcome and celebrated, at the very least through beautiful words, poetry and pictures, but also in our daily awareness of the extraordinary. Here is to Wonder-fulness and being filled with wonder... Happy Trailing!
