As a Kinesiologist I am working to find imbalances in the body using muscle testing, neuro lymphatic massage, meridian work and emotional stress release (among other things) to get your body back into balance and help you to find some clarity and relief. I approach my work with the attitude that this is a two way street; I am here to facilitate your healing but you are the one that does the real w

ork and as long as you have the intention to heal, anything is possible! My yoga journey has included a 60 hour Foundation course with the wonderful Meni Farkash (www.yogaclasseswestwales.co.uk) and my 200 hour online teacher training with the fantastic Matt Giordano (www.theyogimatt.com). I am available to do personal yoga classes, or assist with certain anatomical issues that yoga can help with. I believe it can help with all sorts of physical and mental issues we can have and keeps us healthy and focused when we practise regularly. Here at TASK we have been teaching this technique known as Emotional Stress Release (ESR) for over 40 years. Hands over the ESR points on the head bring blood to the frontal cortex of the brain 🧠 which helps to calm, problem solve and feel more distant from what’s on your mind and in some cases all the worry, fear or concern can just evaporate. It is said that before entering the sea
a river trembles with fear.

She looks back at the path she has traveled,
from the peaks of the mountains,
the long winding road crossing forests and villages.

And in front of her,
she sees an ocean so vast,
that to enter
there seems nothing more than to disappear forever.

But there is no other way.
The river can not go back.

Nobody can go back.
To go back is impossible in existence.

The river needs to take the risk
of entering the ocean
because only then will fear disappear,
because that’s where the river will know
it’s not about disappearing into the ocean,
but of becoming the ocean.

Did you know....You can boost your immune system and increase your strength and vitality by gently thumping over you Thymus Gland? Here's How!

💫Locate the Thymus Gland: The thymus gland is located in the center of your chest, just below the collarbone and above the breastbone. Use your fingers to locate this area, known as the thymus reflex point.
💫Assume a Comfortable Position: Sit or stand comfortably with your back straight and shoulders relaxed. Take a few deep breaths to center yourself and prepare for the thymus thumping technique.
💫Begin Thymus Thumping: Using your fingertips or the flat part of your fist, gently tap or thump on the thymus reflex point in the center of your chest. Use a firm but gentle pressure, and maintain a steady rhythm as you tap.
💫Focus on Intention: As you perform the thymus thumps, focus your intention on supporting your immune system and promoting overall health and vitality. Visualise your thymus gland becoming activated and energised, sending signals to enhance immune function throughout your body.

Trying to be somewhere other than here, trying to have an experience other than the one you're having, trying to escape or push away the moment, trying to reach some future state, experience or event; it all becomes so exhausting in the end, it quite literally de-presses us - presses us down.

But the end is really the beginning, and the exhaustion is really your dearest and most trustworthy friend, for it contains within itself an invitation to deep rest, and the end of seeking.

Exhaustion is simply the One you long for, brilliantly disguised, whispering softly into your ear, "Surrender, my love. I am already here. No need to look elsewhere. Relax now. You are tired from seeking me, I know. It is safe to rest...”

“Rebellion can make us feel ostracized from the group, turning us into the black sheep of our family or community. But the black sheep are the artists, visionaries and healers of our culture, because they are the ones willing to call into question those places which feel stale, obsolete, or without integrity.

The black sheep stirs up the good kind of trouble. Her very life is a confrontation with all that has been assumed as tradition. Her being different serves to bring the family or group to consciousness where it has been living too long in the dark. As the idiom implies, she is the wayward one in the flock. Her life’s destiny is to stand apart. But paradoxically, it’s only when she honours that apartness that she finally fits in.

The world needs your rebellion and the true song of your exile. In what has been banned from your life, you find a medicine to heal all that has been kept from our world. We must find the place within where things have been muted and give that a voice. Until those things are spoken, no truth can find its way forward. The world needs your unbelonging. It needs your disagreements, your exclusion, your ache to tear the false constructions down, to find the world behind this one.”
