A blessed visit from St. Padre Pio!
Part III

We're deeply grateful that the saint's relic visited Mother of Mercy Hospital, bringing spiritual comfort and healing to our patients, staff, and community. 🤲

The relic was brought to the rooms of our patients, allowing them to touch and pray for healing, and seek the intercession of St. Padre Pio. All staff and patients had the privilege to venerate the relic and pray for their intentions, experiencing a moment of peace and solace.

The visit culminated in a beautiful Mass celebration, where attendees received holy oil and special prayers were offered for those seeking blessings for their personal intentions.

Our heartfelt thanks to Rev. Fr. Jhune Anthony Perez and staff for bringing St. Padre Pio's relic to our hospital. Your dedication to spreading devotion to the saint is truly inspiring!

May the spirit of St. Padre Pio continue to guide and heal us, and may his intercession bring us closer to God. 🙏

Today, July 25, 2025, we participated in the earthquake drill conducted by the Office of Civil Defense VIII. Our medical team and staff are dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of our patients and community. By being prepared, we can continue to provide quality care and service even in the face of unexpected events.

A big thank you to the Office of Civil Defense VIII team, Ma'am Cherelyn Lubang, Sir Rey Ezekiel Barbasa, and Sir Mark Lester A. Embodo for conducting this important drill and helping us enhance our emergency response capabilities! 🙏💕

We kickstarted the celebration with a meaningful Eucharistic Celebration, praying for God's guidance and protection over our nursing team.

As a token of our appreciation, Mother of Mercy Hospital is honored to give special tokens to each of our nurses, expressing our heartfelt gratitude for their dedication, kindness, and tireless efforts in caring for others. Our Annual Lenten Recollection continues to guide us on our spiritual journey, deepening our faith and renewing our spirits.

We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Sr. Mary Camillus R. Artigas and Fr. Raymun Sotto for their inspiring talks, and to Fr. Sotto for presiding over the Mass. We also thank Rev. Fr. Vincent Chloe C. Que, for assisting during the Sacrament of Confession. Your presence and guidance have been a blessing to us.

As we conclude our Annual Lenten Recollection, may the seeds of faith, hope, and love that have been planted in our hearts continue to grow and flourish. May we carry the spirit of Lent with us throughout the year.

The Mother of Mercy Hospital (MMH) holds its annual Lenten Recollection, a sacred tradition that invites hospital staff, employees, and the community to pause, reflect, and renew their spiritual lives. This special event is a meaningful way to observe the Lenten season, fostering a deeper sense of faith, compassion, and unity among participants.

We are blessed to have Sr. Mary Camillus R. Artigas and Fr. Raymun Sotto as our speakers, with Fr. Sotto also presiding over the Mass. We are also grateful for the presence of Rev. Fr. Mariel Dejaño, who assisted Fr. Sotto during the Sacrament of Confession.
