Something new this week! Always good to change things up occasionally. Amazing how different an exercise can feel when you start from a different position. This week we are using the chair. The Wellbeing Tree.

Loving the class with F10Fitness on a Tuesday! Feeling stronger (and a little bit achy) already! Don’t forget how important lifting some weights is for your health. You don’t have to lift a barbell though, you can also use your own body weight. Pilates can help guide you through this.
