"Attended a Sekhem Flow Journey Half day Retreat with Leslie in May and the experience was really intimate, cozy, relaxing and conducive of healing. The journey to Leslie’s house was quite an adventure itself, a hidden enclave within Lantau island. The beautiful rooftop setting with an ocean view and mountain backdrop provided a backdrop of rich, natural energy. Leslie made our stay feel extremely welcome, relaxed and warm even though we were but meeting for the very first time.

First up was the individual Sekhem healing session which made me feel very relaxed, it also provided instantaneous mental clarity, sweeping the mind of cluttered thoughts. Good combination of healing / soothing music and I particularly loved the backdrop live music spun and mixed by DJ MrFabkirox which certainly added more peace and tempo to the already serene atmosphere. Next up was the delightful session of Oracle wisdom cards which provided good insight into areas which I needed to look into whilst the Cacao Ceremony was extremely authentic and filled with intense elements of nature - a very first for me, truly special!

After which we had a group Sekhem Flow session which further infused healing energy into my body, building onto the individual session done earlier. My body felt so relaxed and heavy afterwards whilst my mind was just void of the usual mental chatter. I left Leslie’s house feeling very special, recharged and pretty “new”. Afterwards, I took a boat trip back from Mui Wo to central and the journey back was pretty therapeutic. Slept extremely well for the next 3 days! Greatly recommended for anyone seeking physic and mental healing / recharge / inspiration / mental detox."
