One of the most powerful tools to calm your nervous system is something you’re already doing… breathing.

That means I get to choose what I give my energy to, what I hold onto, and what I finally let go of.

Not everything deserves a reaction.

Not every thought deserves to be believed.

Not every situation deserves access to me.

Peace isn’t about avoiding life. Rather, it’s about learning how to stay grounded within it.

Some days that looks like setting boundaries.

Other days it’s stepping back, breathing, and resetting.
