That's right! That's so powerful isn't it?
That means I get to choose what I give my energy to, what I hold onto, and what I finally let go of.
Not everything deserves a reaction.
Not every thought deserves to be believed.
Not every situation deserves access to me.
Peace isn’t about avoiding life. Rather, it’s about learning how to stay grounded within it.
Some days that looks like setting boundaries.
Other days it’s stepping back, breathing, and resetting.
Either way, I remind myself:
I am allowed to protect my calm.
