I’m starting 100 days of keto challenge from 21/11/2020.I have lost 15 kilos through keto last year. I have put on about 5 kilos this year due to working from home and not working out much. My goal is to lost 5 kgs before Christmas and 5 after. I will be posting my meal prep plans, photos and daily photos of what I eat through the day.
My plan is to stick to less the. 25 grams per day, eat 84 grams of protein and 74 grams of fat.
Follow me if you want to lose weight safely through keto.
Below are things you need to do for a successful keto journey. Through these 100 days I will post tips and tricks to keep keto lifestyle enjoyable, easy and sustainable
1. calculate your macros here. https://www.ketogains.com/calculator/ -composition
2. Measure your food on kitchen weighing scale
3. Enter everything you eat in MyFitnessPal app or carb manager app. You will not know how much carb, protein and fat is there if you don’t track it.

Oven roasted eggplant with onion, tomatoes, chilli and Parmesan topped with roasted green peas. This is an improvised snack. Just added the ingredients as I went.
I sliced eggplant and coated it with some olive oil, garlic and salt. Chucked it to the oven for 39 mins at 180c along with a hand full of green peas. After it’s cooked plated it abs add red sonecsvopoed onions, tomatoes green chillies and some Parmesan. Threw in some green peas for crunch. It was delicious 🤤

Here’s my review about
It’s has passed the oven test. Look at the before and after pics. It’a amazing. I’m yet to clean rest of the oven but I’m impressed. All that accumulated grease is all gone and it’s shining like new. I love the diamond sponge that comes with it. I have used koh on all types surfaces will post more pics as I go. It’s a fantastic product and I will give it 5 stars.

Chicken Teriyaki Poke Bowl. We went to Sushi Mee Japanese restaurant few days ago. This was delicious. I skipped the rice but ate the rest. My trick when I eat out Asian is pick a dish that has least amount of carbs but is fun too. I look for protein and vegetable based dish. If there isn’t one then I ask them to take out the carb. Example: I order laksa or pho or ramen ask them to take out the noodles but add more protein and vegetables. Since the sugar or invisible carb content is not in my control when I eat out, I balance in my next meal by sticking to protein only.
