When you can chatrungadandasana try raising the bar by doing nakarasana...
But do remember you have strong elbows for landing otherwise you will end up hurting your scapula muscle. Which can be major setback to your practice..

How perfect we do there is always space for improvement....like in this one ... Feet could be of shoulder distance...spine could have been more straight...arm and elbow could have been touching the ground...
But as we say ...स्थिरम् सुखम आसनम् ...steady stable comfortable is asan.....that doesn't mean we don't try improving our practice....
The fine line is where we breathe properly in that posture...
So keep practicing.... and enjoy your yoga journey 🤗🧘‍♂️...Om Shanti.

But yes you can always use external force to go further deep into the Asana provided your body allows it and you are completely sure about you flexibility.
Please do not try this on a stiff back otherwise you will end up hurting your back...and trust me back injury is last thing we want in our Asana practice.
Well partner yoga sessions are fun and engaging...it's also test us through our strength and endurance....we will definitely have one going forward.

Alert - Do keep a pillow or cushion in front of you if you don't want to have a distorted 👃 nose 😄😄
