“What diet are you on?” “How’s that going?” These are questions you may find yourself asking your friends in search of finding something that works for you.

However, just because that diet is working for your friend doesn’t necessarily mean that it will work for you.

Maybe you’ve tried every diet out there- keto, low carb, low sugar and find yourself still frustrated.

Are you tired of trying many different diets but finding yourself back at square one?

Here’s a simple solution: Let’s ditch dieting altogether. Why you ask?

Here are my top 4 reasons to ditch the diets. ⬇️

1️⃣The word “diet” contains the word “die”, which is how you’re going to feel when you start any new diet because you’re not allowed to eat your favorite foods.

2️⃣Some diets may exclude important food groups so this is a big 🚩.

3️⃣Diets often times involve restriction and this can possibly lead to an eating disorder later on. Think binge eating for example.

4️⃣Dieting may distance you from eating the cultural foods you grew up around, which made you feel connected.

Hello everyone, just wanted to extend this invitation to you all. As a Health Coach in training, I thought it would be of great value if I started sharing the information I've been learning NOW instead of LATER.

This Monday, March 29th, 2021, from 7-8pm, I will be teaching a FREE Workshop on the topic of Gut Health via zoom. We will explore what Gut Health is along with factors that negatively affect it and modalities to heal the gut.
