Karol Holley is an Educational Psychologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from San Diego, California. She specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy, applied behavior analysis, mental health, and special education offering services to students, adults, and families living abroad.
With over 25 years of experience in educational psychology and applied behavior analysis in California, Karol has dedicated much of her career to supporting youth and adults diagnosed with Autism using the principles and strategies of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). As an Educational Psychologist, she is skilled in conducting assessments to identify strengths and areas for growth using standardized tools to evaluate cognition, academic abilities, adaptive skills, and processing abilities.
Karol has developed Individualized Educational Programs (IEP) as well as school-wide and district-wide initiatives across Southern California. As a BCBA, she creates effective behavior intervention plans that promote lasting change in both children and adults. Her work extends beyond education, counseling youth and adults, and providing guidance to neurodivergent individuals seeking to improve performance and well-being.
Now based internationally, Karol wants to continue to apply her education and experience over the past 25 years in Bali, Indonesia. Karol is expanding her focus to life coaching, helping people worldwide create meaningful transformations in both their personal and professional lives. Her mission is to inspire lasting change that enhances daily living and supports the pursuit of self-actualization—unlocking potential, one heart at a time.
