I Deserve Health I am a formerly exhausted mom who now helps other moms beat fatigue + get back to the lives they love Hi, I'm Mary. I’m a mom, too. I felt drained and helpless.

And I know how exhausted and overwhelmed you feel. After the birth of my children, I realized that my doctors couldn’t provide the solutions I needed to keep myself and my family healthy. My children struggled with sensory processing and GI issues. I dealt with mysterious fatigue, brain fog, and autoimmune disease and tragically lost my daughter, Karis Liberty Hope, to catastrophic uterine rupture

. No one had an explanation that made sense. I was so determined to solve my family’s health problems that I built on my work as a graduate-level science educator and began studying nutrition. Fast forward ten years—I’m now a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner. And I finally have answers. No more fatigue. No more brain fog. No more missing out on my children’s lives. There is an explanation for why you feel so tired, and it’s not your fault. The good news is that there are solutions. It’s time to get back to your family, to doing the things you love.

What is Nutritional Therapy? Nutritional Therapy is based on the idea that health can be achieved through a holistic and bio-individual approach to nutrition and lifestyle. It is a transformation. The core of the work focuses on honoring the body’s incredible capacity to restore, regenerate and correct itself, when given the support to do so. Disclaimer: Mary Stein-Rosales MSed FNTP is certified as a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner® a certification granted to those who have successfully passed the final exams and meet the stringent guidelines set forth by the Nutritional Therapy Association. Mary Stein-Rosales MSed FNTP has also received her license as an Health Education Teacher through the New York State Department of Education. As an FNTP I am not a dietitian nor am I licensed by the state of Missouri to practice medical nutrition therapy. I do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, manage, or cure disease.
