New Era Health Associates is proud to announce that Roya Siddiq, LNHA has joined our leadership team as Vice President of Clinical Reimbursement.
Roya brings more than two decades of progressive leadership in reimbursement, case management, and clinical operations across skilled nursing and senior living organizations. Her career is defined by building sustainable systems that drive both financial performance and compliance, supporting facilities in achieving operational excellence.
Most recently serving as Vice President of Clinical Reimbursement and Case Management, Roya directed reimbursement operations for several skilled nursing facilities. Her achievements included:
• Designing and implementing comprehensive PDPM and Managed Care models, along with utilization review and triple-check processes that enhanced compliance and accuracy.
• Delivering sustained year-over-year increases in Medicare and Managed Care average per diem rates, contributing more than $6 million in annual revenue growth between 2020 and 2022.
• Leading contract negotiations, ADR preparation, and appeals—successfully defending millions of dollars in claims with zero recoupments.
• Establishing KPIs, QAPI initiatives, and training programs that elevated quality metrics, including 4- and 5-star Quality Measure ratings across facilities.
Her expertise also extends to Assisted Living Programs (ALP), where she developed reimbursement solutions that increased Medicaid CMI rates by 20% in just three months, while establishing new rehabilitation service lines.
With a strong foundation as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), and a Certified Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RAC-CT), Roya brings operational and clinical insight and financial acumen to her role at New Era.
At New Era Health Associates, Roya will focus on advancing clinical reimbursement strategies that protect compliance, optimize financial outcomes, and support our clients in delivering the highest standard of care.
