Wrapping up an incredible week of education and collaboration held at the offices of our Event Sponsors Atlantic and Victory Pest Solutions.

Our CEU sessions, “Getting It Right the First Time – How to Write a Plan of Correction for High Level Deficiencies,” brought together dedicated administrators and clinical leaders for truly engaging, hands-on days focused on one of the most complex areas of our profession—developing credible, sustainable Plans of Correction.

What stood out most wasn’t just the content—it was the energy in the room.

These sessions created space for professionals to dig into the nuances of high-level deficiencies, challenge assumptions, and walk through real-world scenarios that demand both regulatory precision and operational insight. The level of collaboration, peer-to-peer support, and shared problem-solving led to countless “aha” moments that will translate directly into stronger outcomes within our buildings.

Together, we explored:
✔️ Writing Plans of Correction that reflect true systemic change
✔️ Aligning responses with regulatory expectations and credibility
✔️ Building processes that support long-term compliance—not just survey readiness
